Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through gone nostril
then – close left nostril beside two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed wide breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through moved out nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
Children under 15 years - do 5 to 10 minutes twice a time.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or surrounded by bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or stool or lying in bed.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push nouns forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself run in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day)
Children lower than 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill culture do it gently.
Also everyday press the centre point of the palm of your foot 40 times with the thumb and press the tips of all fingers 40 times respectively..
In my humble opinion, it is a sound document. Not solitary does it explain that there's a difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes, but it goes on to explain how and why exercise helps, outstandingly with type 2 diabetes. i.e., it informs you that exercise aids in the utilisation of glucose from the blood contained inside your system, and also explains that exercise also helps to combat insulin resistance. This is well founded. It is true that some type 2 diabetics certainly can treat their diabetes with diet and lots of exercise. But the facts are, It's very frozen to do for some of them. If they get sick or mess up on the diet end, or are not sufficiently expert to exercise anymore for some reason, they will be back on their meds. I hold done this, I know. Another thing is, that the body changes, most of these ancestors are going to end up taking the meds again later surrounded by life. It's a proven fact. Just because one can treat their diabetes this instrument does not mean it is cured. There is no cure (except pancreas transplant) for either type..
Exercise and pranayam combined will be more beneficial than with the sole purpose exercise
the point to note is doing correct way, plentiful ASANs are helpful in reducing not simply sugar but recovering or eliminating the disease itself.
I am firm believer of Pranayam & Yoga, the thing is.... doing it correctly. Many suitable books are available on the subject.

I would agree together heartedly. I am a type 2. I know I feel sooo much better when I am able to exercise. And my numbers are lower.
