Do you infer I hold the flu?
I woke up Saturday feeling really sick. I had a sore throat, a fever, and a really desperate headache. I thought, "Oh here we go again, strep throat." That's because usually when I'm sick, it's strep. (unless it's a small cold or something)
Anyway, I went to the doctor. The instant strep test be negative, but they said it usually is, especially because I've only felt twinge for one day. So they gave me strep medicine.
But next I woke up today feeling HORRIBLE, and I still do. It's weird 'cause usually after one round of medicine, I don't show symptoms anymore...
Now I'm thinking I might enjoy the flu. I've never had it before so I don't know what it's like...
But whenever I enjoy strep, I remember my throat hurting more.
My throat hurts less now, but overall, I feel calamitous.
I keep getting hot and cold flashes, my body aches, my throat hurts, I have for a while cough, my eyes hurt, my ears hurt, and my nose is slightly runny.
Do you think I have the flu and not strep throat?
Answers: If it's the flu you would be running a heat. Keep an eye on your temperature and take tylenol or something to reduce if it's over 100. Your gonna get the impression horrible for at least 2 or 3 days. On the bright side it's not chicken pox; that's really bad.
