1/4 pea sized complicated bump inside scrotum attached to testicle.?

I am 17, is this a sign of cancer or some form of cyst, it is not sore and is quite hard. there is no sign of it one there on the scrotum, and feels like a tough bump on the side of the testicle.

Testicular cancer can strike at ANY age, despite what some relations are saying.

It could easily be a spermatocele (which, basically, is in recent times a lump in the tubes down there, and can feel approaching it's on the testicle), but you don't want to (pardon the pun) dick around with the possibility of cancer.

The test for it is quick and painless and, if zilch else, will give you an answer.
see a doctor. they see balls all day so at hand is no need to be embarrassed. go see a doctor!

Hmmm... considering your age, it's probably not cancer or a cyst. It sounds to me like you're feeling the "bump" where on earth the testicles connect with the vas defras (sp?), which is the tube that carries sperm out of the testicles. Check if you have duplicate "bump" on the other testicle. If not, you might want to ask a doctor.
