Can my child take into custody a cold if she get's soaked by a down poar of precipitation?

Yest afternoon I took my 1yr old out in her buggy to post a letter, The post box be about 1/4 mile away. The sun was shinning so I wasn't expecting the heavens to interested and me and my daughter got soaked!!
Is it possible that she can get a cold from this? she has coughed a couple of time this morning.

Thanks,

Hayley.
Answers:
It can reduce the immune response because the body will be too busy tryng to keep warm so she will be more likely to be incompetent to fight an infection. But rain does not cause a cold... virus and bacteria cause colds.
