26 yrs ago my father was a vibrant 45 year old.He smoked cigarettes for all?
waking time. One week he get the flu , he went to work on this strain and came home next to a chest pain which he thought was gas.It be 11pm and he did not go to bed but stayed in his stool. In the morning hhe went to hospital where he get a heart attack. I went to see him at 5pm , he was ok. At 10pm he died from another heart attack. How be this possible and he was in the hospital?
Answer: Heart attack make the heart vulnerable for arrhythmias. Arrhythmias are abnormal electrical rhythms of the heart, of which ventricular fibrillation is the most dodgy. Sometimes the heart stops without any rhythm and it is known as asystole. Both these can lead to death. Another cause of disappearance is progressive failure of the pumping function of the heart. Function of heart valves can also be artificial by heart attack. Second attacks are not an uncommon occurrence and to be exact why a person with heart attack is care for in an intensive care component. It is not humanly possible to cure all illness. A confident percentage will succumb to the illness inspite of the best treatment, we may call it desperate luck or destiny. Some of these deaths also occur within an unexpected manner, at an opportune time..
A heart attack is caused by the heart muscles being 'starved' of oxygenated blood. This is what cause the pain - in some cases it is a relatively minor - within others it can be major. If the heart muscle is deprived of oxygen for a long time the muscle dies. This can then put extra strain on the other heart muscles and after a time another heart attack can go on.
Twenty six years ago the heart monitoring equipment in hospitals was not as sophisticated as it is in a minute and it may not have been possible for the doctor to establish how scantily your father's heart was damaged - even if he be able to do so it would appear that the first attack caused so much violate to the major muscles of the heart that unfortunately his heart could not cope.
The starvation of the heart muscles is cause by a narrowing of the blood vessels that supply the muscles.
Smoking is a major grounds of the narrowing and gumming up (literally) of blood vessels.
hospitals are there to relief people that are sick they can not stop the processes that have be laid by the person for years. the sergan general say for many years that smoking is bad for your condition after the person gets sick the doctor and hospital sustain them if they can to get to a place of survuval but in broad the helth factors of the person engineer a difference and also diet and exercise make a difference also. if your father had a heart attack from scarcity of exercise or not best of diet high in cholesterol the doctors distribute medicne to help them survive but even the medicne will not cure them it just help them to maintain life if other factor do not kill them. More people die within hospital than anywhere else.
My father died in exactly the same approach - supposedly under close supervision. My mother also died in hospital, of septicemia (blood poisoning), following "a routine operation". How is this possible? Someone get careless, or negligent, or made a mistake. It doesn't really facilitate much to ask. The dead are still dead and no amount of inquest is going to bring them back.
I'm sorry for your loss. I know well how it feel..
Because the techology was not where it is today. My father died of an MI 40 years ago. No angioplasties, no bypass, no drug analysis. Wow thats really sad. Heart attacks often begin really fast without notification. He was really really unlucky that he got a heart attack and no nurses be present.
